Subtly tell him/her over and over again until he/she actually does - just catch him/her in a good mood. Depending on the situation, I really can't cite an example on this but today, I made a person see my point. I've been trying to, for the past 3 months.Indeed, sometimes, 1 word isn't enough for a wise man.
